Actually I don't get this at all, but I'm posting it because
Disney + fashion = I can't help myself...
I'm not a fan of the stylized drawings of the famous people's caricatures - not appealing at all, and poorly animated. And though some are recognizable, thank goodness they provide captions at the end to explain who is who.

this week's happy list
1. Honeycrisp apples are back at Joseph's Farm Market! My favorite apple!!!
2. A trip to the hair salon (lurrrve feeling my head massaged during shampoo ;)
3. Gutters installed on the barn dormers - woohoo! Maybe the flowers will have a better chance now - (Tim & his cousin Bryan)

4. Getting to see a "blue moon"! Full moons twice this August - seems fitting to happen during the month that Neil Armstrong left our world. The sky was so clear and the moon so bright that looking through binoculars with my naked eyes I could see craters! ..though when it first came up on Friday night, it was orange:

5. Wearing an old pair of sweatpants & sweatshirt from 20+ years ago - super soft with age... Sometimes those kinds of things catch you unexpectedly in how happy they make you feel.

my favorite vintage dress ever!!! - found on eBay 10+ years ago - every year I try it on and take it for a little spin on St. Pat's Day, but unfortunately never have occasion to wear it all day (except for this one year I did :)

cool girl rock n roll n
(not a fan of her dad but I'm still intrigued, want to see the film about him)
random: if I had a little girl, I wanted to name her Charlotte and call her "Charlie" for short :)

Humanity survived the rapture!
(my favorite news headline this morning :)

I just learned about rainbow roses - never knew such things existed! Not sure I'd like a whole bouquet, but they are kind of amazing looking
...they remind me of Jil Sander's recent floral patterns (which I loooved)
{L to R: Czech Elle May 2011, net-a-porter, Garance Dore, Vogue Paris March 2011}
