I live on a planet where sometimes the morning looks like this. Have you ever been to such a gorgeous planet?








Handsome Archer didn't get off the plank walk on this morning. He took a few steps down, turned around and went right back up: "You girls stay in there, it's too cold out here!"

Witnessed such a sweet moment during sunrise: 2 morning doves nuzzling each other in a tree above our lawnmower shed. It went on for so long, I was able to grab 2 different cameras! They hopped back and forth, closer together and further apart, alternately being affectionate then playing hard to get. Alas, my view was out our screened back window and in dim early morning light so the pictures aren't great. But I sat there like a voyeur and snapped a bunch of shots - unfortunately the best poses came out blurriest.

One of the more stunning sunrises this month...
My snapshots make its colors look intense & hot - Actually it was much softer, filling the entire eastern sky with glowing pastels, and for a few moments turned all the snow pink. Views out the back of the barn:
