Sinful food for a cold February night: the best Mac & Ch we ever made!!! Halfway into the making it, I realized we didn't have enough of the cheddar I usually like to use - so we cleaned out our "gourmet cheese" drawer in the fridge, using a variety of specialty cheddars, goudas, parmesan, jack & cream cheese - it tasted sooooooo good!

Just by chance I came across these gorgeous paintings by artist Brad Kunkel - I'd never heard of him before, but I love these - they evoke exactly how it feels to be outside right now. And in his paintings he uses real silver & gold leaf!
